Hi Micheal! Thank you for your comments, brown turf is normally an indication of underwater-ring, I can see by your comments that you have been watering - however based on your images this hasn't been enough - we would really like to further help and guide you - could you please send us some more details and images to info@georgedaviesturf.co.uk

“Sales, marketing, delivery and video all good but product quality variable - shame. Around 10-20% of rolls are lightweight because the soil is cut too thin (wedge shape) on last foot of inner winding. The turf should have consistent soil depth along full length of strip - not a tatty crumbled tail section which impedes grass quality & lowers lawn height, this spoils your product/reputation. Hi Stuart, Thank you for your review - Im sorry that you were / are left disappointment - is there anyway you could send over any images to info@georgedaviesturf.co.uk? In addition, we have an incredible team of lifters but due to the nature of turf being a natural product and the conditions of mother nature we cannot always control the soil condition when its lifted, this does sometimes result in a thinner soil but in no way effects the quality of the lawn sword. “Unbelievably good service from the guys here. Grass looks absolutely lovely, can't wait to get it laid. Jo and Freddie helped arrange the order. They were incredibly helpful and talked us through the whole process. Grass was reasonably priced. We went for the Folkstone which will be nice for the little one. Valdak the deliveryman helpfully called ahead of time before arriving so we were informed. A true gent and very helpful! Would 110%recommend!”

“Delivery was very prompt, service from the driver was excellent. Turf and soil dropped exactly where we wanted it for ease of use. Quality of both soil and turf was excellent. Would wholeheartedly recommend using this company”
