We are so sorry to hear that you are still feeling this way, and although we really appreciate your concerns, we thought that we had now rectified this situation for you with replacements along with additional free turf for your trouble - so its a shock to hear this isn't the case - please call us if you feel that we haven't done enough as we will always do our utmost to address and fix your concerns. George has known you and traded with you for over 20 years, and after numerous conversations trying to help you out, he takes it very personally that you still feel this way.
