About Garden Light Shop:

Lighting Gardens is what we do and have been for over 12 years. We have been partnered with Techmar for all of this time and are proud to say that we are their No1 UK distributor. We stock all their lines, including spares here in the UK for fast next working day delivery.
Over this time we have really pushed hard to provide a very high level of service to our clients on every enquiry and order. We are not just another faceless online retailer, but can be contacted by telephone or email with very fast response times. We are not happy until our clients are.
We are a small but growing company and really value all feedback we receive from clients, it helps us identify any areas that we can sharpen up on.
We also love to see some pictures or videos of your illuminated garden, so please let us see them.

“I have garden lights from here, set up by a landscape gardener 3 years ago. Mixture of Pro Lights and Techmar. I wasn't sure how to add and to maintain (tbh totally confused), but Garden Light Shop was so helpful; ready with advice and help. Have bought myself a complete new set for my front garden and now feel completely at ease setting it up and adding new elements thanks to GLS. Will add some photos to review soon.”

“Lights look great and were relatively easy to install. we added 2 lights to a 4-light bundle and the screw connectors worked really well with the extension cables and increased the flexibility of location for the lights.”

“The Garden Light Shop staff were very helpful when I spoke with them on the phone and after sending a picture of what I thought was the correct transformer they were very quick to confirm The transformer is now fitted and the garden lights are working fine”

“Probably the best company you will ever deal with.. nothing to much trouble for them if you have a question /problem they sort it out asap I had a damaged transformer (damaged in post ) another one sent out the same day”

“Unable to install the light because the mounting spikes were missing. Because of the Christmas holidays, the replacements have yet to be sent.”

We deeply apologize for the experience you had with Garden Light Shop - it's unacceptable that you were unable to install the light due to the missing mounting spikes. We understand that it's caused a hassle during this holiday season as the replacements have yet to be sent, due to our offices being shut for the Christmas period. We have now sent a set of spikes on a tracked Royal Mail service, so they will be with you very soon. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for taking time to let us know.

“Bit of a late review this, but my experience with Garden Light Shop (and especially all the advice and help from Nigel) has been fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast response and every question answered with patience and clear instruction. Would highly recommend for great products, competitive prices and superb customer service. Definitely will use this company again when I complete my garden one day. Purchased many Techmar patio/decking lights and cabling – all excellent and Nigel sorted our minor fault with one lighy under warranty immediately. Thank you.”
