About Garden Light Shop:

Lighting Gardens is what we do and have been for over 12 years. We have been partnered with Techmar for all of this time and are proud to say that we are their No1 UK distributor. We stock all their lines, including spares here in the UK for fast next working day delivery.
Over this time we have really pushed hard to provide a very high level of service to our clients on every enquiry and order. We are not just another faceless online retailer, but can be contacted by telephone or email with very fast response times. We are not happy until our clients are.
We are a small but growing company and really value all feedback we receive from clients, it helps us identify any areas that we can sharpen up on.
We also love to see some pictures or videos of your illuminated garden, so please let us see them.

We are sorry about the fact that the product never arrived but as you selected the Royal Mail delivery option,we do not get tracking information so therefore do not know that it never arrived. “Great product, second time purchased, now in new home. Fast delivery. Couple of minor issues but no quibbles customer service getting it sorted and posted out. Very easy to install and great result.. highly recommended. Good product.. excellent customer service.”

Thank you for the review, we do appreciate all reviews left. Sorry that you feel the carriage charge is a little expensive, but the items you ordered meant that we had to post them as a small parcel via Royal Mail. All our carriage charges are charged at cost or in most cases below our cost price. Also, all postal charges must have 20% vat applied by law, which sadly put the price up further. Hope this help.
