Lighting Gardens is what we do and have been for over 12 years. We have been partnered with Techmar for all of this time and are proud to say that we are their No1 UK distributor. We stock all their lines, including spares here in the UK for fast next working day delivery.
Over this time we have really pushed hard to provide a very high level of service to our clients on every enquiry and order. We are not just another faceless online retailer, but can be contacted by telephone or email with very fast response times. We are not happy until our clients are.
We are a small but growing company and really value all feedback we receive from clients, it helps us identify any areas that we can sharpen up on.

“You know when your car insurance is good when you need to make a claim. So it is with customer service. Not only am I a multiple returning customer for an additional outdoor lighting project and augmenting an existing one, I've also needed some support with existing components, twice, and both times have been an exemplary experience. 5 stars, deservedly the highest reward.”

“I have purchased garden lighting from the Garden Light Shop on 4 occasions and have been extremely impressed with their excellent service. On one occasion the delivery company ( DPD) lost one small element of my order and the Garden Light Shop immediately dispatched a replacement, that happily arrived the next day The techmar system is very easy to employ and simple to configure/reconfigure; I have added elements to my original purchase and am very pleased with the way it has bought to garden to life at nighttime.”

“I purchased 6 Techmar Neso 12V 2W LED OutdoorSpotlights connected to a 10m Deluxe SPT-2 Flex Cable with specially designed clamp connectors. The lights were easy to install and connect to my 12V solar-powered battery. Their flexible heads make them easy to point in the required direction. A, Techmar 12v Dusk To Dawn Timer / Sensor with extension cable, allows the lights to turn on automatically and turn off after the desired number of hours, so as not to disturb wildlife all night. I am very happy with the way the system works. The LED lights are surprisingly powerful, and light not only a path from my house to the pond, but also highlights selected features.”

“I am very happy with the service provided by the Garden Light Shop. I received very useful advice when planning my system and ordered everything that I needed in one go. If on two separate occasions, delivery trucks had not driven over the edge of my drive and squashed the lamps I would not have needed to make additional orders. They were however delivered promptly and were as expected.”

“Prior to purchasing these spare LED’s I had called about a small issue ITU one of the light units. Without hesitation after explaining the issue I was offered a FOC replacement which arrived a couple of days later. It was such an easy call and a great service. Thank you very much.”

“Set up a full garden lighting system using the Techmar kit, it is very easy to use and really flexible in what you can do with it. The end result is really good, and I can tell it will be super easy to expand for any future requirements. Dealing with the Garden Light Shop has also been great, kit was dispatched and arrived on time and was well packaged, overall there is nothing I wouldn't recommend here.”
