About Garden Light Shop:

Lighting Gardens is what we do and have been for over 12 years. We have been partnered with Techmar for all of this time and are proud to say that we are their No1 UK distributor. We stock all their lines, including spares here in the UK for fast next working day delivery.
Over this time we have really pushed hard to provide a very high level of service to our clients on every enquiry and order. We are not just another faceless online retailer, but can be contacted by telephone or email with very fast response times. We are not happy until our clients are.
We are a small but growing company and really value all feedback we receive from clients, it helps us identify any areas that we can sharpen up on.

“Great Products, having now spent thousands after doing my own in 2 houses and 2 for sons. But inevitably you forget some odd bits on your first order which are free delivery because of spend then add ons cost postage which is a bit upsetting.”

Hi Mr Hetherington Thank you for the review, we really appreciate it and appreciate your loyal custom. Sadly, we do not make much margin on this range (trying to keep the price affordable for everyone) and therefore we have to charge a carriage on any order under £75. In fact the carriage charge that we charge customers is a lot less than what we actually pay and we are unusual in the fact that we offer a Royal Mail service to customers for smaller items to keep the carriage costs down to them. “A great company to do business with and extremely helpful. Can offer loads of advice and if email them a rough garden plan, they will even help you with a design and suggestions on the type of lights to install and recommendations on the best kit for the job. They can also validate your order before you submit it. The lights and installation kit arrived the next day and were perfectly packaged. Lots of how-to guides / videos to help with the installation can be found on their website/YouTube. Had a small issue with the Arcus lights as ordered the standard ones with a view to potentially upgrading them to smart status later, but when they arrived I noticed that these lights cannot fit the smart LED's as there is not enough space inside. When I queried this the company, they were very helpful and agreed to send me the amended light bodies when I ordered the two smart bulbs which was above and beyond. Everything else was great and the installation was a breeze. So happy with the results and the garden looks great at night now. Yes this company may not be the cheapest but the quality of the lights and their advice/support is more than worth the few extra pounds. Having spent so much money on cheap solar lights that either failed to work or lasted only a few months, I am so glad I took the plunge and invested in proper garden lighting products from a quality company.”

“I have bought several lights from the team at Garden Light Shop and every time the advice, customer service and support has been outstanding. So much so I had a question that was not on the FAQ about some lights I purchase 2 years ago and low and behold Nigel was quick to respond and so very helpful. this is the only place we will be our garden lights from!!”

“The best waterproof lighting on the market. Very easy to connect. Great range of products providing plenty of scope for lighting design options. Not the cheapest lighting but worth its weight in gold! You get excellent quality, which is what you pay for. No problem!”

“I replaced my garden lights with Techmar Deva and Atera bollard lights. I had some initial problems with the performance of the lights but as a result of an exchange of emails with Nigel and with the addition of new bulbs and a new timer the lights now all work brilliantly. The lights look great. If I come to add more lights my garden, I’ll not hesitate to the Garden Lights Shop again for great products, prompt delivery and outstanding customer service.”
