“I have recently purchased fencing posts, bases and pressure treated brown panels. I am very pleased with the quality of the goods, especially the rigidity of the fencing panels. I have contacted the team on a couple of occasions, once to change delivery and once to arrange collection. All staff I have had contact with have been very helpful and very professional and were happy to accommodate my wishes.”

“Ordered with a degree of nervousness. Shouldn’t have. Whilst I had to wait a few weeks for delivery the comms was good. Products were good solid quality. I would use again. No doubt!”

“I ordered the fence in February following a storm, it took over a month for delivery and I was emailed to be told it would be delivered on 28th or 29th March so I had to take two days annual leave to be ready for its delivery. The 28th Monday came and no delivery, I then get a call on my mobile at 6.30 from a neighbour in the next road to say that the fencing had been delivered to her front garden during the day while she was at work, it was too late to call them then so I had to call Welch fencing office at 8am the next morning, to be fair to the office staff they were helpful and did call me back when they said they would. They arranged for the fencing to be collected from the wrong address and delivered to the correct address, the driver seemed to think that it was funny that he had got completely the wrong address and that I was “lucky” that he was still in the south of England and had not returned to Lancashire. Lucky no as even if he had gone back he would have had to come back to correct his mistake. On the delivery invoice it had my mobile number but when he delivered to an incorrect address he did not call me to check he had the correct address, this was the document used by the lady in the next road used to call me, if she could do it then why couldn’t he? This is an appalling ameaturish mistake that I just would not expect to be made, it has caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience.”
