“A little disappointed with the panels (one side has 3 sections opposite only 2 and the base has only 1 piece on one side and nothing on the other see photos, which is why only 4 stars(but you probably get what you pay for). The posts seems good, gravel boards as well I had one cut which saved me a lot of time/effort. Delivery although 5 weeks wait was superb, only minor issue was the lack of an update to when it would be delivered (Friday 7am-6pm) was the only notice and this was when ordered.”

“Very happy with the fence panels good quality and good price, delivered when they said nice friendly driver’s and helpful. As I sit and write this I’m taken a 5 minute break from painting the fence, could do with a bit more 🌞😊”

“It seems strange to write a review for a non purchase but I feel strongly that the way they handled a cancelled order was professional and they were speedy in refunding my money and should be acknowledged. I had to cancel as the posts were needed urgently and they were unable to deliver in the time frame I needed and I was unable to collect. I had previously purchased the fence panels from Welch and it is excellent quality and price.”

“4 star plus GOOD POINTS - 1) Price - 2) Delivery 2 Star plus - 1) customer service, 2) Quality. On balance I would use and recommend Welch fencing based solely on price and delivery, quality is OK but there are probably better quality concrete posts if you want to pay more.”

“Delivery time for one month is too much. If you have builders working and you need extra material, no one is going to wait for you for one month. Also, the policy of charging delivery charges can put customers off because we were supposed to buy more material but adding extra material for say even £5 shall bring you another over £100 in delivery charges. Their business model is the more you buy the more you pay for delivery charges. Their delivery charges range is also not convenient as if you go above by even £1 of the range you shall end up paying over £100 for next range in delivery charges.”

“Bought 7 4 ft panels. Great panels very strong at great price. Wanted to buy 4 x 6ft panels at the same time but delivery costs double over 8 panels which made them less cost effective.”

“With convenient on line website and ability to find and pay remotely, Welch fencing is a good company. Once an order is placed the required panels get delivered within a satisfactory time scale and are as ordered. No complaints👍”

“It didn't really work out... Ordered online, apparently had an email advising a 3 week wait for delivery (way too long). Meanwhile 'Replied' to email from order confirmation which wasn't received as the website email reply isn't the same as their website contact info & not read... Assuming the worst, had meanwhile ordered elsewhere & had items fitted... After chasing up via website contact info got a reply & mutually worked out the miscommunications... However, credit where due, Welch were understanding and made a full refund instantly...”

“The fence panels were of good quality and as expected, so I am perfectly happy with that part of the service. However, we realised that we would be better to add an additional panel to the order. So I tried to contact Welch by phone to see if we could do so. Two days running just resulted in a recorded message telling us that there was no one in the office to talk to. Since posting this review, Welch has responded with an apology for being soo busy following the storms, which is a lot more than many companies would have done.”
