“Ordering from Welch was great experience and worthy. Some issues faced during the delivery. Very poor communication from delivery staff. Left x38 fence concrete panels, 13 concrete posts and 13 mixed on front driveway. I was waiting until school run but missed. Office staff managed to convince delivery staff and removed from the driveway. Thanks for that. Received complaint from neighbor due to delivery staff behavior. One panel was broken and one was having couple of holes but never mind. Over all good experience.”

“The quality of the fence panels is excellent but if you need one cutting it is more expensive hence the 4 stars. The shipping cost is also a little bit expensive but overall very pleased with my order.”

“Really pleased with the concrete posts and gravel boards. I’d avoided using concrete previously as I thought they’d be ugly, but being in my third set of wooden posts I decided enough was enough. Really happy with the look of the posts and boards, they are nicely finished and judging by the weight extremely robust. Delivery came exactly as promised. Great service. Would use again”
