“Products seem good quality, how long they will last only time will tell. Product costs are good and competitive. Service over phone is good. Delivery fees are inflexible, I first ordered around 1.5k worth of fencing and was happy to pay the £42 delivery fee, however my fencing installer miscalculated and needed an additional post and panel, this incurred another delivery fee of £42 (more than the individual cost of the post and panel!), the agent on webchat 'Ashley' could not offer a discount on delivery fee despite me having to wait almost two weeks for a delivery slot so they could bulk delivery to customers in my area. I felt this was pretty unfair given the amount spent on the previous order and having to wait for the delivery on both occassions.”

“good prices and quality, little disappointed that the I didn’t know ( or I should have asked ) that the stone texture on the gravel boards is only one side. so my neighbour isn’t too pleased with me. The delivery guy had obviously had a bad start to his day and also couldn’t get my delivery a little closer to my house. however no major complaints and have recommended them to a couple of friends.”
