“Wrong panels were delivered, so was not impressed as they had just left them in my garden when I was still in bed. Staff on the phone initially didn't believe me they were not what I'd ordered, but when they realised their mistake, they apologised and sorted it. I had to wait a few days for the wrong panels to be replaced, but overall it was acceptable as mistakes can happen to anyone.”
