“Well made panels”

“They might be cheaper but unless you buy a lot of panels, the expensive delivery charge erodes any savings. I paid extra for pressure treated panels but I wish I hadn’t as the colour variation from panel to panel is quite noticeable. The product quality is acceptable but some other suppliers use thicker sections of timber. Hence the price difference I guess.”

“Very pleased also the delivery driver was so careful when he left the posts and fences on my new drive so grateful for that so 5 stars to him. only downside is I never got told a day for delivery or any eta apart from that all Was good.”

“Ordered some trellis for a job i carried out, to be delivered direct to my customer. Added a delivery note, asking to be contacted before delivery so I could let customer know and they'd make sure they were home, as they requested. But this was ignored by you, and delivered without any contact. Had a very annoyed customer. Also, trellis was very poorly made, had to do quite a few repairs. Will not be using you guys again. Very poor.”

“I ordered around £1300 worth of fencing for a project. Hadn't heard of Welch beforehand, but they had good prices and a super helpful materials calculator on their website. The team called me to discuss delivery. When it turned out there might be an access issue for the delivery lorry, they found a way around it. The day before delivery I had to cancel the order. There was no issue and a full refund came in a day or two. Great company to deal with and I would definitely recommend them on the basis of my l, admittedly limited, experience”

“Ordered my fence panels late on a Friday and to my surprise delivery was confirmed for the following Monday. Good quality panels and in my opinion worth the price paid, I went for close baorded panels as they and the significantly more sturdy than the standatd overalp fence panels.”

“Ordering online is a doddle, prices are excellent, delivery slot is sent by email, delivery driver helped me carry the panels onto my drive, all in all, faultless, I'll definitely be using them again (and I have around 90 panels round my garden, so I'll probably need more next time the wind blows a hoolie)”
