“Very Good price (please keep it like this) Material was of superb quality, I could order better one compared to normal shops nearby and still got cheaper. Delivery date was given 3-4 weeks but was delivered in 2, but still plan as per their delivery timelines. I had to contact them for a crack in post and they were really nice to replace with next day delivery (I was worried that it may take another 2-3 weeks) Overall really happy with them and will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends”

“Great service from ordering online, to being met and loaded by Welch staff, one member actually removing one of the panels loaded to replace as it hs "a few extra knots in the wood you can do without"”

“Even though the delivery man was not contracted to place the panel that he delivered I asked him if he would help me put it in place which he did. That made it a lot easier to do than it would have been on my own”
