“Website hard to navigate/order, Shuts (early) for dinner and shuts again early at night… Disappointing when you travel to pick goods up and have to wait or go home again. Shame as the French panels are good and great value .”

“The price was very reasonable for a good quality product. I used the online chat and although they were responsive, it felt like I was chatting with someone who had better things to do. Not much guidance, it was a little bit like pulling teeth. I tried to connect again as I wanted to add to my order but was unsure how to use the online calculator and wanted to make sure, I was getting the correct size panels. I was unable to get hold of anyone, so I never bothered to add to my order. Delivery, was in the specified time slot, although the driver was just about to dump everything on my front drive when there was easy access to the rear of my house, where I wanted everything dropping. He moaned he couldn't reverse the wagon, however, once I pointed out I have had many drivers in the past, driving the same size wagons, get there with no problem and drop products directly into my garden he soon got it reversed but would not drop the items into a very low fence into my garden when it was more than easy to do and other deliveries have been dropped. He dropped everything on a public road, where I had to handball everything into my garden, this was just lazy and unnecessary when I know the wagon could have dropped it right onto my property. would I use it again? Yes, but i will be prepared they are not a very friendly business and not very accommodating. I also accept, each person is different and other people may encounter more friendly people.”

“Found site by chance after already comparing two companies for purchase. Welch Fencing had the same items i wanted and the price was good even with delivery. ( panels, posts and gravel boards ) Also had to speak to them about the size difference of gravel boards ( Imperial ) to fencing ( metric ).. Only needed a couple of minutes for explanation to decide I was purchasing from the right place.. Delivery cost as expected but fairly quick and communication good.. Driver actually arrived early and I opened door to driver smiling and saying "surprise ", nice bloke and helpful.. Shame about my better halfs change of mind later so we now need another gravel board, fence panel and post which will have to sourced locally to reduce delivery cost. Would I recommend Welch Fencing, yes and for clarity I have no connection to them or anyone working for them.”
