“Fast Plans have certainly lived up to their name - within a little over a week of briefing them and paying the deposit, they had the first round of plans drawn up for our L-shaped loft conversion. George and Angela were extremely prompt at responding to any of our queries and making any amendments according to our requirements. We had some slightly unusual requests in that we wanted to open up the existing first level of our property and also remove a chimney breast - they happily accommodated our requests and advised on additional building control requirements. The plans look professional and they have been submitted to Ealing Council on our behalf. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fast Plans. Many thanks to the team”

“We used Fast Plans to provide architectural drawings and structural calculations for a double dormer loft conversion and flat renovation. They were (as the name suggests) fast - but also friendly, polite, engaged with the project and exceptionally good at providing updates and direct prompting to the local authority as we went through the planning application process. “Our builder recommended Fastplans to us and we have been thoroughly satisfied with the excellent plans and service they provided. It was our first time submitting a planning application and Fastplans helped guide us through each stage of the process, managing the application and very quickly responding to any questions we had. Our initial loft plans required a slight change and this was processed and returned to us the following day. The team also took time to answer a question at the weekend to help speed our project through. We have found Fastplans very good to work with and will definitely use them again in future projects.”
