Fast Plans have certainly lived up to their name - within a little over a week of briefing them and paying the deposit, they had the first round of plans drawn up for our L-shaped loft conversion. George and Angela were extremely prompt at responding to any of our queries and making any amendments according to our requirements. We had some slightly unusual requests in that we wanted to open up the existing first level of our property and also remove a chimney breast - they happily accommodated our requests and advised on additional building control requirements.
