“George and team did a fantastic job with architectural and planning consultancy services for our loft conversion in a conservation area. Fast plans quickly surveyed our property and sent us the 3D model that they created. They submitted plans quickly and helped me with responding to the local authority when they came back with some unreasonable comments. They always responded to queries incredibly quickly and just generally felt like they were on my side. I'd happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.”

“Fast Plans were very helpful in our loft conversation design which had a very complicated Roof design They acted quickly with surveys and drawings up draft plans and getting us to the point of issuing to the council for approval Fast Plans communication directly with the council who did not understand the design was extremely helping in us finally securing approval George was excellent in communication and keeping us updated to the design and making the required changes All in all and all an excellent experience and great company to work with”

“Fast Plans have been excellent at keeping me informed during every step of the application. Fees were explained to me before I signed the control. Everything is included in the prices, and any additional costs r.e council fees etc were told to me before signing the contract. I have had excellent correspondence, any time I need to understand something I can easily get hold of them to discuss amendments and unlimited amendments are included in the cost which is great.”
