“We have worked with Architects that didn’t listen, had strong views and took an age to produce plans. They also cost a small fortune and left us to manage the Borough Planning department to get approval. Fast Plans does exactly what is promises getting planning permission plans approved fast at a fixed price. George at Fast Plans responded swiftly to our brief. His team quickly surveyed the house using architecture laser scanner and produced the first set of plans. We review these, discussed changes and quickly got revised plans to approve. Once we approved the plans Fast Plans managed the planning and approval process with Lambeth Planning getting swift approval. Since then as we have engaged the builders who have worked with Goerge’s team on numerous projects giving us confidence. A great architectural team that has good ideas for transforming London houses, developing plans and getting the approval one needs fast for a fair price.”

“George and team did a fantastic job with architectural and planning consultancy services for our loft conversion in a conservation area. Fast plans quickly surveyed our property and sent us the 3D model that they created. They submitted plans quickly and helped me with responding to the local authority when they came back with some unreasonable comments. They always responded to queries incredibly quickly and just generally felt like they were on my side. I'd happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.”
