“I was recommended to approach George at Fastplans by a neighbour who was very happy with her loft conversion. Fastplans are very professional and efficient. I explained what I wanted and plans were turned around quickly with no changes needed at all. Also very helpful explaining the process around council certificate, building regs and party wall agreements. Highly recommend.”

“We can strongly recommend Fast Plans. A surveyor came within short notice, listened to our ideas and took into consideration our wishes. Shortly after, the first drawings were created that we did like. George and Fast Plans team had submitted all the plans to our council so we didn't have to care about applying to the authorities. As a result, the certificate of Lawfulness was issued 1.5 months later. Fast Plans team had also explained what should be the next step and provided recommendations regarding different trades to start the loft conversion project. Overall, a great company to work with.”
