“At this stage Fastplans have drawn up the plans and submitted them on my behalf to the council. So it is too early to give a comprehensive accurate review at this early stage. I will only assess the overall experience with Fastplans after the plans are processed by the planning permission department. I will say when I asked for changes they were made promptly. Any questions were answered by George or Angela. Everytime I called the appropriate person was easiy reachable.”

“Fast Plans have been great from the very start - very helpful with all aspects of our planning, and quick to respond to queries. Enquiries were dealt with by a single person who had oversight of our case. Changes were made before the plans were submitted to the council at no extra cost, and we were able to discuss changes with the team. Recommended.”

“We have now used Fast Plans twice in the last two years. In the main, I have personally liaised with George Kain who has been succinct, incisive, and insightful. George is incredibly knowledgeable on how to push projects through the relevant hurdles at pace despite obviously having many competing priorities. The work is of a high standard and readily accepted and complimented by other professionals. We personally had to go through several iterations including a redraft when Kingston Council initially rejected our plans. George made this process as seamless as possible and was always available to answer any queries. The only thing I would say is that Fast Plans have a sweet spot or core competence around uncomplicated lofts and extensions in urban areas. If you are happy to have a largely generic, online, relatively inexpensive planning provider then Fast Plans is incredible. I would have no hesitation in recommending George and Fast Plans to any potential clients.”

“Can't speak highly enough of Fast Plans and George Kain. George designed our loft conversion and kitchen redesign. Throughout, his work was quick, professional and well-considered. His designs were great and we had input throughout. Through no fault of George's we hit a bit of an unexpected hurdle with our planning permission. George has gone far above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. We are now able, thanks to him, to move forward with the extension. We have been hugely impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fast Plans to a friend or family member. Thank you George!”
