“I recently had the pleasure of working with George and Angela at Fast Plans, and I must say, their responsiveness and efficiency was impressive. They were quick to make updates to the plans and submitted them promptly to the council. Whilst there was a bit of back and forth with the draft building regulation plans due to the age and structure of my house, George and Angela managed it with professionalism and resolved any issues promptly. “Great service that I would highly recommend. I used for a loft conversion a couple of years ago and have have now come back to complete my ground floor wrap-around extension. Fast and flexible service but are also really proactive in highlighting ideas to minimise cost/build complexity. Helpful and responsive comms throughout. Great value for money overall.”

“It is fair to say they do exactly what their website says they do! Our house was surveyed within a week and the first draft drawings were available 10 days after. Excellent response to any queries and other support available too if needed. We would highly recommend them!”

“We have been extremely pleased with the level of service that we have received from Fast Plans. We are converting our attic space into two bedrooms and a bathroom and are not familiar with the building and planning process.From the initial appointment when Marius came and assessed and took a detailed measurement of the property. We were impressed with his knowledge and also with his professional attitude and respect towards our home. He listened patiently to our concerns and gave us some fresh ideas. The first drawings were drafted up swiftly within the timeframe and the communication via email with Angela has been superb. Any queries or questions have literally been answered immediately and when me made changes to the first draft drawing George actioned the changes instantly and gave excellent advice and choices to the changes we wanted to implement. I would have no hesitation in using Fast plans for future development within our home and I’m so grateful that have put our minds at ease. Absolutely excellent service guys. Thank you”

“Fast Plans was recommended to us by our loft contractor and we used their services for our loft conversion. Once appointed, they quickly went to work. Drawings were thereafter delivered promptly, and feedback was promptly acted upon. In terms of communication, George and his team responded within a day to all our emails or called back on the same day. The guidance they provided for the party wall agreement was clear and helpful.
