“Fast Plans came recommended by our builder, who has used their service often. Everyone we dealt with has been helpful, super efficient and professional. Plans arrived within 8 working days and needed no revision. It’s great to have knowledgeable people deal with all the permissions on your behalf. They also have contacts for the other services you may need - party wall / bathroom planning etc. Would absolutely use again.”

From the moment we booked in the initial survey appointment, Fast Plans have lived up to their name; they have been prompt, courteous and responsive, producing first draft drawings within a week, following up with a phone call to discuss amendments, finalising drawings within a few more days and submitting to planning as soon as we confirmed we were happy for them to do so. “At this stage Fastplans have drawn up the plans and submitted them on my behalf to the council. So it is too early to give a comprehensive accurate review at this early stage. I will only assess the overall experience with Fastplans after the plans are processed by the planning permission department. I will say when I asked for changes they were made promptly. Any questions were answered by George or Angela. Everytime I called the appropriate person was easiy reachable.”
