“Fast plans have generated drawings to submit to the council and are now in the process of preparing structural engineer drawings. Since our loft company put us in touch with Fast plans, we have found them to be quick to book in the measured survey and help with amending our drawings to accomodate our layout requirements. So far during this process, I have no complaints about the service I have received.”

“Provided very prompt and detailed responses to all of our queries, thanks to this we managed to get to our final version of the plans for our loft conversion with only 2 round of revisions, in about 2 weeks after starting. Everything was really easy, including submitting for planning permission. Would highly reccomend for loft conversions.”

“After a poor, and costly, experience with another architect, I turned to fast plans for the design/drawing of my loft conversion based on online reviews and the numerous successful loft conversion planning application in London Borough of Waltham Forest in particular. True to their name, the whole process took less than a month! It is a no frills service and the drawings reflect that, but they meet all the requirements of local authority planning and building control. I have been happy with the responsiveness of George and his team, and will most certainly recommend them to anyone looking to have their loft or extension done.”

“Fast Plans are very efficient and responsive and offer appropriate solutions. We have used them to draw up plans for our loft conversion. They created comprehensive and accurate plans from the photos they took. When we had questions, suggestions, and changes, they listened to and incorporated them. We are very pleased with the result and have asked them to instigate the building control provision through another company at their recommendation.”
