“I am using Fast Plans for my loft conversion plans and planning permission. They have been very helpful, friendly and living up to their name "Fast Plans" with Marius carrying out the initial survey within days! During the process I became very unwell and ended up in and out of hospital for a few months so had to put things on hold. Fast Plans accommodated the unexpected delay to give me some time out that was needed. Once I was feeling better and contacted FP, they were very helpful with picking up and progressing my plans and I have subsequently received planning approval. I'm looking forward to the project starting in a few months and guidance with building control, next steps, etc. I am aware that I do need my hand holding a little as this is a very anxious and costly time so appreciate the much needed help and patience that I am afforded! “Exactly what the name promises - Fast Plans! Fast to turn up and measure, fast provision of first draft and fast turnaround of design changes and design option drawings, so very fast from broief to final agreed drawings - and all for one agreed reasonable price. I have also used them for the next stages, so had submission for planning and fast provision of calculations for building regs. It's just a pity they had a slow client!”

“We used Fast Plans for all our architectural drawings including loft conversion and rear extension. Fast Plans were managing our council lawful development submission as well as planning permission application. Fast Plans responded to our comments and was responsive making changes. We went through a number of iterations and throughout the process all our requests were turned around in reasonable time frames. Fast Plans were also very helpful and patient to every requests.”

“I contacted FastPlans for a quote to prepare the architectural and building regulation plans and calculations for our rear extension. At first i was skeptical as their quote was significantly cheaper than the others i had obtained. However having spoken to George i was convinced to proceed with them. Marius who measured up the property to prepare the plans was punctual and thorough in his inspection. The first draft of the plans was sent across to us within 3-4 days. We had some minor comments and amendments which were actioned and the revised plans sent across within 2 working days. I was so impressed that i instructed Fast to also deal with the Build over Agreement with Thames Water. George then submitted the planning application to the council and the build over agreement to Thames Water. When it came time to produce the Build Regulations Drawings and Calculations Fast again produced these within 5 working days and dealt with any queries within 2 working days. In summary i have found FastPlans professional and timely to deal with. In acting as our agent they have undoubtedly removed the stress and time of myself dealing with the planning department at the council, Thames Water or Building Control. I would recommend FastPlans to anyone planning any works to their property.”
