“On website listed pullout for draws were universal. What arrived was 2 right sided pullouts. As had fitter already in place I did not have time to send back and get a replacement”

“Unfortunately the cupboard was damaged when it arrived. The legs did not fit either. I have sent an email to company, but heard nothing back. Would not buy anything again. Had to phone several times for delivery. Need to improve customer service.”

“Ordering and delivery of our new sink went well but our kitchen fitter found a dent in the top after he removed the packaging. I called customer service but calls were not being taken so I sent an email (no reply). My fitter has a limited timescale to complete the work so we have a dilemma in waiting for a replacement or fitting the damaged item. A better telephone or email service could have resolved the issue quickly.”

“My item arrived with the wrong size drawer backs The screws are the wrong size for the pre-drilled holes ask for help and got no reply the least I should’ve got was the correct size backs they don’t seem interested now they’ve got my money”

“These wire baskets came with a basic diagram and no helpful instructions on how to fit. So trial and error was required. There were also some pieces left over that didn’t seem to belong to anything and weren’t mentioned in diagram.”

“Delivery was very late, but did arrive eventually. Customer service is very poor. I think they need a dedicated person manning the phones, as getting through is almost impossible. They don't answer emails either.”

“The baskets were meant to fit a 40 cm wide space but we’re excessively narrow meaninte there was a huge waste of space. Well made though just size was totally inadequate”

“The product was fine, but a part was damaged. It took several emails and calls to get a response. They were good and offered a replacement straight away when I finally got through. But the replacement was late arriving.”

“Not great really. After ordering and paying for quick delivery 9.99 for 1-2 days my order wasn't delivered till the 3rd day. The lights were food quality but unfortunately one of them was faulty and when I wired it up it didn't work. So my customer had to make do with 3 instead of 4. Keith Lankester”

“I decided to order a brushed nickel cup handle and matching knob. I wanted to see why there was such a difference in price between some retailers and if it was down to quality or not. Anyway they arrived and they are ok but very thin and very light compared to the more expensive ones Ive seen elsewhere. The cup handles are not very deep when you put your fingers inside.”

“Ordered on line stated item was in stock delivery 3 days item was ordered not delivered for 4 weeks email sent no reply phoned and was told out of stock will not use this company again held up my project for one fitting.”

“Order delayed by over 3 weeks had to call numerous time as no comms at all. When the item finally arrived one of the units was damaged. E-mailed with photos showing the damage but yet again no comms. Not the best.”
