“Well, they arrived in good time but they haven't been fitted yet. Initial comment is that they are very well made and will solve the over filled spice cupboard. Perhaps if the instructions were of better quality it would match the product.”

“Liked the sound of the product but phoned before ordering on Wed .to be reassured of I offered by express it would be next day delivery. Ordered on Thurs lunch time but there was no option for express shown . Ordered anyway and it came the following wed without instructions. .tried to put it together today and phoned for help. Cust service very helpful on phone but didn't follow through with any instructions on email as promised .. emailed this pm And no reply. I don't think it will fit our cupboard because there was no mention about door opening and hinges , which I said to take account of when measuring door opening . It snow going back . I feel disappointed , but the product seemed heavy and solid had it worked .”

“Ordered with minimal faff because they’re not handed, arrived as promised and easily fitted. Now I’m not 100% sure of this but because they are not handed ie you have to check which side the hinges are to make space for the runners to pass you might lose a bit of storage space in the drawer. But as it didn’t matter to me I didn’t bother. But if it does for you check the dimensions before you buy. Otherwise quality good as well as the finish.”

“I was expecting more for the price. Bought 2 pull-out drawers to attach to existing cupboard doors. The edge of the drawer boards was a bit chirped (little but noticeable). But the worse is the cryptic almost inexistent instructions. Just an A4 single paper that almost requires a degree in engineering to understand. After managing to put everything one of the doors ended askew. The system has no way of making small adjustments like you can do on a hinge which is a big fail considering how difficult is to make it perfect.”

“Ordered pull out kitchen corner shelf, delivery was in about 3 days, the shelf was fairly easy to assemble and install, fitted into the cupboard perfectly. Great item and great service”

“From last 5 days I tried to contact customer service as it was sooo urgent as I needed it urgent but no one answer my calls as I have left 7 voice mails and even email you guys 5 times but till 4 days I didn't got a single reply from you guys .. I was soooo disappointed and ridiculous service . I am very unhappy with the staff who answer my call yesterday and he disconnect my phone twice and didn't help me with the product which I have buy and parcel force left on the mail road which I have not received and customer care also didn't help and it panicked me a lot as I needed it urgently and now I had to pay to my fitters extra money ..”
