“The only reason I gave 4 stars is temperature only goes to 200 otherwise very good.have not used gas cooker since”

“They use Evri for delivery so it took a long time to come and Evri lied, as usual, about the delivery. That said, product so far is excellent, and was certainly worth buying.”

“I had no issue with ordering my kettle toaster set the website was easy to read and easy to order. I did get an email to say my items were out for delivery but it the delivery company did not receive the items when Daewoo say they should of. Therefore I had to constantly check and was out on the day it arrived however they were able to leave outside for my return. Communication between the seller and the delivery company needs to be looked at”

“Pretty good, my only complaint would be that the 2 quartz heaters I bought were only packaged on a thin plastic bag with no padding or protection on them. As a result, due to obvious slightly rough handling of the package, one of the boxes was crushed in, and due to the nature of the fragile thin glass electric element bars inside the heater, this could quite easily have resulted in the glass being shattered on one or more of the bars. Really, because of the fragile nature of the heaters, particularly the glass elements, they should have rightfully been packaged together in a protective outer box, perhaps even with some bubble wrap or foam around them, so as to protect their fragile cores. Otherwise, apart from the manufacturer being a bit slow and sluggish in dispatching the heaters to the courier (Hermes, now known as Evri), but aside from the that, and the damaged box (Which couldh`ve quite easily resulted in them arriving damaged), all in all, the service was good, and we would be happy to buy from Daewoo again.”

“Bought the microwave, kettle, canisters and toaster all to match. Only noticed the deal of buying all together after I bought them. Just waiting for the 30l bin to come back in stock. Definitely buy again.”

“I have only used my Air Fryer once after trying to sort out the many comments on time & temperature but I was very pleased with my Chicken burgers onions rins & chips I will definately used it again next time trying roast potatoes”

“I was disappointed that the blue tooth speaker I ordered for a poorly friend was sent with a damaged charging cable. I emailed Daewoo & they sent a new one immediately which arrived within 2 days.”

“Update: Replacement bread bin delivered with no damage. Packaged better than previous ones received. Could be made with a thicker metal which would probably reduce risk of damage in transit. Happy with this for the price paid. Ordered a Callisto bread bin. For the second time (first time through another retailer but shipped from the suppliers) it was received damaged. Poor packaging for courier delivery. No protection from thin cardboard box. On the plus side Daewoo were very quick to respond and send out a replacement. Hopefully 3rd time lucky as it is yet to arrive.”
