The link between the medal and chain is atrocious.
Keeps getting caught and I feel the medal will be lost easily as a result , it is disappointing as don’t want to lose it .”
“When I order specifically one metal and then get sent the wrong 1 and have to pay for a rush on the engraving and the only reason I didn't get it engraved with you all to begin with is I was wondering about the quality of the metal that is a problem....
