“The communication throughout was fantastic. I received emails before my delivery, one to advise a date and another to confirm. I also received a follow up a few days after delivery to ensure I was happy. The bed itself is lovely and my little girl is very happy. I was really impressed with the service, and would recommend. Not many companies have such great personal service anymore so this was a welcome surprise. Thankyou”

“Blessed and happy to have purchased my bed with crafted beds. The quality is amazing as well as the mattress and it looks exactly how I expected it to look. Delivery was fast. Did have a problem as base of bed was incorrect but in hindsight it worked out well as my flooring was not even installed yet! However, they sorted out the issue very fast! Delivery and assemble of the bed was amazing and they allowed me to wait until my floor was completed! Will definitely use you again in the near future:) communication was also excellent! Thank you”

“Gorgeous bed, just what we were hoping for. The build quality is excellent for a bed of this cost. Delivery was as promised and all communication with Crafted Beds has been excellent. Overall I would highly recommend Crafted Beds to anyone requiring a good quality bed at an excellent price.”

“ottoman bed ordered for my daughter who is really impressed with it and the amount of storage it gives her. ln comparison to the last couple of beds bought online, i would say it looks to be a really good quality, well made bed. paid for it to be assembled which for us was well worth the money. really pleased overall, cant fault the bed ans the customer service - only very slight issue with the delivery time being late with no warning but definitely recomnend and would buy from here again.”
