“Communication and delivery was efficient and as advised. The quality of the bed is excellent could with slightly better assembly instructions. My daughter is very pleased and it looks amazing in her room and even though we used our own mattress she says the bed feel more comfortable.”

“Excellent service, outstanding quality. Ordered Saturday 17th of September and came Thursday 22nd of September although the delivery times were 7-21 days. As for quality, superking size bed and matress are just spot on. Wouldn't buy from anywhere else especially these are made in UK factory.”

“Every aspect of this process was excellent. I purchased an Art deco bed and foam mattress from crafted beds. 1. customer service and communication are outstanding. I never waited 5 minutes for a response when I enquired about delivery times and bed design. 2. I asked for my bed to be made faster, and they did everything they could to accommodate me. 3. They provided me with swatches, and the names were handwritten, which was just a nice personal touch. and the fabric is such nice quality too! 4. The assembly was perfect. both the delivery drivers and crafted beds communicated with me on my delivery day. they assembled my bed super quick, with no mess or hassle, and placed the mattress on top. 5. they followed up with an email to make sure I was happy, and I was! The foam mattress is super comfortable. The bed is just like the picture, very well made, with perfect finishing, and neatly done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!”

“So glad went with crafted beds, after looking at other companies with loads of choices. Crafted beds stood out with the ample choice of beds and lots of different fabric options. The quality is amazing, pictures don't do any justice. Overall really pleased from ordering to delivery.”
