I purchased a couple of ornaments for a special friend’s birthday. Unfortunately the items arrived with slight defects so had to be returned. The service offered to rectify the issue was dealt with quickly and promptly collecting the items to be returned and issuing replacements within speedy record time. I would definitely purchase from this company again and would highly recommend this business.

Excellant customer service and help. Our parcels went missing and the staff at CP lighting were very helpful and totally customer oriantated. I would recommend this company. However I would advise that they do not use Parcel force, rather DPD for delilveries.:)
