I was very disappointed when the rug I bought, described as 100% cotton chenille, turned out to be polyester. It also arrived with a return letter from another customer, returned for the same reason and with dirty marks underneath. After quite a bit of too and fro I have however returned the rug and been issued with a refund. Communication was quick and I note that the web description has now been changed.

Unfortunately, they used brown tape to secure the bubble wrap, which led CP Lighting to refuse a £1500 refund because of this.

I bought three Laura Ashley pendants and all had manufacturing defects. Sending emails with photos attached, still waiting for reply regarding returning the items and refund. Very disappointed of how CP Lighting dealt with the situation. I do not recommend CP Lightning
