“I measured my hand as outlined on the web site. Purchase gloves but they were too big. Customer service quickly replaced them ,but I had to pay for the return and customer service promised to reimburse me. The return gloves were from the US and was promised the refund of 27 US dollars. It has been over 6 weeks and have not received the refund for the 27 dollars”

“The whole experience, start to finish, was fantastic. I ordered the Serena Fingerless Lace gloves in ivory to wear to my wedding next month, and I could not be more excited. I think they're going to add that extra bit of wow to my gown, and they are light enough to wear on a warm Florida night. The most difficult part of the experience was having to choose between so many beautiful gloves, but I know that I will be back again and again.”

“I've seen for a long time that Queen Elizabeth's gloves are beautiful. And I found out about Cornelia James gloves. There is no such fabric, fit and style gloves in Japan. It's exactly what you imagined. It fits in my hand very well. Thank you for the nice gloves. I'll use it carefully. And I'm sure there will be another day to buy other colors.”
