“At last, a company understands the meaning of “service.” I needed gloves for a wedding, with less than a week in hand (ah, a useful pun). A helpful conversation with Genevieve about colour, size and length, and my order was confirmed and under construction. The gloves arrived in time in beautiful packaging, and included a pouch for the gloves’ safe-keeping. A well-written, legible note from the company was much appreciated as was knowing the names of the maker of the gloves and the person who inspected the final work.The gloves were hugely admired at the wedding: next week they will receive more enthusiastic reviews at Ascot on Members’ Day. No wonder the Queen is a customer.”

“Cornelia James are such a lovely company to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. I received my pashmina the day after I ordered it as requested and it is beautiful, a lovely addition to my accessories wardrobe. The colour is a beautiful clear aqua blue, perfect for summer. It is so soft and cuddly too. This is my third Cornelia James pashmina and I'm sure it won't be the last!”
