“I received my gloves and they did not fit. I could get one on but it was incredibly tight and the other one I could not get it on at all. I returned them immediately as instructued. I was told I was going to be charged over 90 dollars Canadian to return the gloves which seemed ridiculous. I have never received a refund and the company has not responded to any of my emails. Their customer service is horrible and the gloves were too different sizes. I shop online all the time and have never had this happen. I am appalled and will be launching a formal complaint through my credit card company for a full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“I ordered a black Pashmenia scarf, it arrived early. It came in a very nice box with tissue paper and tied with a little black ribbon to match the box. I could not believe such a dainty scarf would keep me warm when I took my evening walk the next day. I will definitely order fromthis company again.”

“I love my new gloves! They are a bit small on me, but I have very big hands for a woman and I neglected to go with the largest size, so if you are in doubt, go up in size. They are fitting and stretchy so you should have flexibility. I had a great correspondence with customer service, and my gloves arrived just in time for my event. Would shop again.”

“Okay. So I picked a pair of gloves that were out of stock. The company immediately asked if I wanted another pair or a refund. I got another pair and honestly words cannot describe how beautiful these gloves are. They feel wonderful and fit perfectly! I’ve already told all my friends about these!!”
