“In love with my sheer opera gloves. The quality is amazing, you can really see the attention to detail and craftsmanship. They fit my arms perfectly, and the stitching is so clean, and the lines are beautiful, which makes them look and feel very high-end. On top of that, the customer service was incredible. They responded to my inquiry right away and were so helpful throughout. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish.”

“The Cecelia and Philomena gloves which I acquired for my aunt Neusa are simply gorgeous and have perfect craftsmanship, with no loose threads or any imperfection whatsoever. Please send my praises to artisans Emily and Catherine. My only remark is the delivery service: when I acquired fabric swatches last year to decide on which gloves to choosse, delivery was made by FedEx and arrived within one week. This time, delivery was made by UPS, and only took place after two months and several contacts by telephone with the courier service.”

“Very good website and easy to order. Pashmina shawl came very quickly, beautifully boxed. Color (Tea Dust) gorgeous! True to picture. Very useful shade: works as a neutral but with a flattering touch of pale rose. Just the right size and weight for a light shawl.”

“I cannot recommend Cornelia James highly enough. I ordered the Hermione gloves in light ivory for my wedding. After placing my order, I remeasured myself and realised I had selected a size that was too big. I contacted customer service, and they were wonderfully quick and accommodating — updating my order with the correct size, adding a ring window exactly as I’d hoped, and processing and shipping my order with impressive speed.”
