“There should be only one place to get this certificate. Due to multiple company's doing the same thing was very frustrating. Back and forth with emails because someone spelt my name wrong. This was very upsetting as I was unable to work on a building site without my card. My work has always been on a site but the company I worked for for almost 10 years didn't care about cscs cards. I started a new job and that required the green card. From the start, I waited nearly 3 months for my card and I've estimated a loss of 3000 pounds due to 2 company's doing the process. I nearly left my wife and now taking antidepressants to cope with the debt I'm now in. I now have my green card. At last”

“The Process for getting a card is too long, staff have been helpful, but when you are waiting for a card to start a job the link between exam resuts and getting card is far too slow. The webiste is very hard to navigate it should be simplied.”

“I cannot rate your procedure . This is because although you have details of my qualifications the cscs card company are asking me at the age of 66 for proof of qualifications. The cscs card company have proof off my existing cscs card . I no longer have my certificates for my trade which is pipefitting . So what am I to do about it ?”
