“Had a few problems with a booking coming through which I’d paid for and didn’t receive a receipt or order ID email confirming my purchase. It was also quite hard getting a straight forward response as when I asked about my order no one could find it on the system. And I still haven’t received my certificate for proof of passing only a score report the day I passed.”

“The back up support I received was first class . Getting hold of my virtually pointless CSCS card was over complicated and without the customer service helpers would have been nearly impossible . 5 stars to the support team . Lorena and Ali etc...”
