“I a girth to match my new Cavaletti saddle the size, which was too small. Returning it has been a nightmare! Getting a response on how to return it, paying to return it via FedEx and the package “not being received,” filing with FedEx, and receiving minimal response from Cavaletti with no help. As much as I wanted to match my saddle, I’ll use a different girth and buy from other brands.”
“I had a synthetic gp saddle on 14 day trial . I think the scheme and the customer service was excellent but the quality of the product was awful . I was surprised not to be asked for feedback when I returned the item . I had only tried the saddle with my saddle fitter and if it had fitted I probably would have trialed the leather version. The saddle appeared to be comfortable but didn’t fit my horse . I had seen the synthetic saddle at an equine fair and thought it looked as good as a leather one so maybe I was unlucky with the one that I tried . The photos may not be clear but the bolts were visible at the front , the back looked unfinished and there seemed to be small tears in the fabric which showed the white backing . Under the pommel the fabric was rucked up and there was a split in the trim . I do endurance and unaffiliated dressage so wanted a go saddle that would be comfortable for long distance riding, dry quickly for successive days riding and look smart enough for dressage .”

“Absolutely outstanding service from Cavaletti. I will certainly be buying from this company again, the communication and swiftness of delivery was very much appreciated and the saddles are so versatile. I ordered a saddle that didn’t fit sadly so ordered another with a tight deadline as my saddle fitter was due the following day. Julie went above and beyond to ensure it arrived on time
My only gripe would be the delivery notifications which I didn’t receive from the courier. Wether this was an oversight from the courier or Cavaletti I’m not sure but a quick message to Julie and she sent me the info. Keep up the good work Cavaletti it is very much appreciated”
