“bought a gazebo in february 2021. in june one of the velcro straps became detached ,on further inspection one strap on another panel was becoming unstitched. contacted customer services via email and explained problem. got back to me immediately saying that 2 new panels would be sent by next day delivery . that is unbeatable customer service . if anyone wants a gazebo buy from bulhawk highly recommended by j gledhill”

“We need to replace the canopy on a same sized gazebo from another company. Bought the Bullhawk one instead and it's so better made and heavier. Just what we needed as we work on site drilling boreholes, and our gear gets a lot of heavy use. Delivery was extremely quick too. Definitely recommended.”

“Our premium 32 gazebo was really easy to put up and take down. It is very strong and the velcro attachement for the sides was remarkably good in very high winds and not one failed. It kept the heavy rain out too. My only criticism is that the pegs supplied to hold the bottom of the sides were not big enough. Overall, very happy.”

“Nice and easy to assemble product. Could be done with two people. We had four so it was very easy. Delivery was quick. No complaints so far. Heard it was a very water tight product in the rain. We can’t test it but at the moment the weather is too good.”

“So pleased with this gazebo have had a few over the years that haven’t lasted the summer but this one is very well made frame is much stronger than cheaper ones and material is very thick Velcro all round off roof for walls to stick on and walls have Velcro down all sides so they all stick together so no drafts coming in only put it up to see what it was like not using it until our bbq in July COVID and weather permitting 🙄 but I know it will be perfect so don’t hesitate if you’re thinking of buying before they sell out ordered it at 1.00pm and arrived next day at 9.30am great delivery I will certainly recommend to family and friends .”
