About Body Aid Solutions Ltd :

Body Aid Solutions was founded in 2010. With some of the leading experts in the industry delivering our training courses. Our mission is simply to deliver personal trainer courses that will help raise standards through out the health and fitness industry by giving our students the skills and confidence to offer a high level of professional service throughout Peterborough, Leeds, Milton Keynes and Cambridge as well as the whole of the UK.

All of our courses are nationally accredited accredited and recognised by employers and CIMSPA. With a team of leading experts within the field, we have a big emphasis on the personal touch. Making sure all our courses have personal tutors, who you can contact throughout your studies when away from our training facility. All courses are delivered through blended learning. With a mixture of distance learning and practical workshop days.

“After being recommended to BodyAid, I have been really pleased with both their excellent service and course content throughout each qualification. I have found the resources professional but accessible and have really appreciated the balance between the written and practical elements of the course. The intensives for both the L2 gym and L3 PT courses have been exceptional and I am pleased with what I was provided for such great value. “Completed both my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications via the intensive route. Personal tutor was knowledgable and put me at ease, as well as being able to work around my schedule. I was unable to attend the classroom days for the normal course so this was the perfect work around that still provided me with expert knowledge. Thank you!!!”

“Amazing courses and support , having completed my Level 3 and 4 SMT courses in 2024. Nathan is an amazing tutor, very knowledgable and patient, I also did cupping with Sarah in February, who is amazing and a very skilled tutor. The support through-out has been top draw. “Just completed my L3 Sports Massage Therapy Diploma with Body Aid Solutions and wanted to say how much I enjoyed the course. I thought the tutors were fantastic and shared so much valuable industry experience with the group while offering constructive feedback to help us improve. “A fantastic course. I did both the level 3 and 4. Now onto the 5. A really easy process and the tutors where exceptional, both knowledge wise and helpfulness! I even had to miss a day due to a family issue and they caught me up and put on a extra morning assessment for me. Answered questions on a whatsapp group too.”

“I don't like to leave bad reviews but today I received another invoice for a course I've already paid in full so I decided to write what I should have 2 years ago. Only not one start because I really liked Dry needling and Dry cupping courses. Below Average Sports massage courses. I did LV 3 and LV 4 Sports massage and I had to spend £2000 more to fulfil the gaps from their courses. Invest a little bit more money and do it somewhere else. I did Dry cupping and Dry needling which were great courses but for Dry needling after I've completed my payments, they kept sending me invoices. I've tried to email them and explain that but I can't send an email back. Also if you do more courses with them you meant to get a discount but I never did. Send them an email but nobody replied. Even throughout the courses the communication was 0. Nobody replied to my questions. They are only out to get your money without any customer service. So pay a little bit more and get better knowledge somewhere else.”

“Really amazing teaching staff when in person, good ratio of tutors to students, good amount of tables and privacy, real accreditation, everything you need to feel proud of the education and certification you're getting. But outside the classroom any admin and contact is bizzarrely non existent. I have £150 held hostage for a cpd that was cancelled by them weeks ago, several emails and phonecalls go ignored with no apparent intention of addressing it. Asked for certificate for two of the courses I've completed, and I was sent a certificate for something I'm not qualified in a couple weeks later. I'm trying to be understanding and not sure if its just too busy or if the contact info needs updating, but it's getting really annoying.”

“I have now done three courses with BodyAid and have to say all of the trainers have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They all gave their email addresses so that if we had questions outside of practical training days we could liaise with them. These weren't hollow offers, they actually helped us during the courses and since. The course material provided was clearly written and gave an insight into subjects studied without spoon feeding us with the answers just to complete the courses successfully. Because I had to do additional study I felt ready for my new found career, when I had completed my courses. Admin have always responded to my emails within a few hours in a courteous manner. I also received my qualification certificates in a timely manner. That allowed me to begin my career soon after completing my courses. All-in-all I have found BodyAid to be a great company to study with and will continue my journey with them.”

“Not good at all, they cancelled my course the day before I was due to turn up to the venue (the only reason I was informed it was cancelled is because I got in touch with them) I was very understanding and did not mind. However I then had to chase them up for a new date to say it had been changed to a different venue 3 hours away from the initial one. I have asked for a refund 3 times now, and no response! I would not trust these with your money!”
