About Body Aid Solutions Ltd :

Body Aid Solutions was founded in 2010. With some of the leading experts in the industry delivering our training courses. Our mission is simply to deliver personal trainer courses that will help raise standards through out the health and fitness industry by giving our students the skills and confidence to offer a high level of professional service throughout Peterborough, Leeds, Milton Keynes and Cambridge as well as the whole of the UK.

All of our courses are nationally accredited accredited and recognised by employers and CIMSPA. With a team of leading experts within the field, we have a big emphasis on the personal touch. Making sure all our courses have personal tutors, who you can contact throughout your studies when away from our training facility. All courses are delivered through blended learning. With a mixture of distance learning and practical workshop days.

“I recently completed my SMT Level 3 and SMT Level 4 Sports Massage and Myofascial Cupping training with Body Aid Solutions, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The training was well-structured, informative, and highly practical, giving me the confidence and skills to apply the techniques effectively. The tutors were knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about helping students succeed. “From start to finish of the Pilates course it has been beautiful. I’ve been going through a lot personally and the support I’ve been given by Kirsty is so heart warming. A great teacher with a heart of gold. Coursework isn’t too heavy and the exam isn’t as daunting as it seems, it’s very relaxed and natural. I would recommend anyone wanting to get into this to come along and do the course - pricing isn’t wild either in comparison to other places!”

“I’ve just completed my Level 3 Mat Pilates course and loved every second. Communicating with BodyAid before starting the course was easy. I had emails responded to in less than 24 hours. Kirsty was a dream, conducting the in person classes with so much information in an easily digestible way. Outside of the classroom/studio Kirsty remained on hand for help & advice via a WhatsApp group at all times. Learning from someone who feels like a friend makes all the difference, Kirsty was super friendly and approachable, bringing chattiness and humour to our sessions, making everyone feel comfortable and at ease! “Hey there, I would like to thank BodyAid Solutions for delivering an outstanding Level 3 and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy Diploma course. The quality of teaching and support throughout has been amazing. A special mention to Ian and Brian, who were both brilliant tutors. They explained everything clearly, were extremely knowledgeable, and always made time to support and guide us. Their teaching style made learning enjoyable, professional, and confidence-building. The Level 4 course is definitely intense, but in the best way possible. It really pushes you to a higher standard and builds greater competency, skill and confidence as a therapist, which I genuinely appreciate. ”

“Passed my level 3 massage course and was told I’d have my certificate in no longer than 12 weeks.. nearly 18 weeks later still no certificate recieved I’ve chased via emails witch they are pretty unhelpful you either get ignored or a blunt email back.”

“Really good courses, did both the level 3 and 4 massage along with cupping. Sarah was fantastic and Nathan so informative. The video library is also a great tool to help away from the classroom. Very supportive. The price and the payment terms at 0% are also brilliant and very flexible. Could not recommend enough.”

“Completed both my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications via the intensive route. Personal tutor was knowledgable and put me at ease, as well as being able to work around my schedule. “A fantastic course. I did both the level 3 and 4. Now onto the 5. A really easy process and the tutors where exceptional, both knowledge wise and helpfulness! I even had to miss a day due to a family issue and they caught me up and put on a extra morning assessment for me. Answered questions on a whatsapp group too.”

“I don't like to leave bad reviews but today I received another invoice for a course I've already paid in full so I decided to write what I should have 2 years ago. Only not one start because I really liked Dry needling and Dry cupping courses. Below Average Sports massage courses. I did LV 3 and LV 4 Sports massage and I had to spend £2000 more to fulfil the gaps from their courses. Invest a little bit more money and do it somewhere else. I did Dry cupping and Dry needling which were great courses but for Dry needling after I've completed my payments, they kept sending me invoices. I've tried to email them and explain that but I can't send an email back. Also if you do more courses with them you meant to get a discount but I never did. Send them an email but nobody replied. Even throughout the courses the communication was 0. Nobody replied to my questions. They are only out to get your money without any customer service. So pay a little bit more and get better knowledge somewhere else.”
