“I recently had an online order from Block after discovering their products in a shop. I was very impressed by the print response that I received after a query regarding a discount code and then an error in my order. All emails were answered promptly by Sam and resulted in excellent customer service. I will certainly purchase from Block again as their products are great as is their customer service.”

“We bought some pegs, a pen holder and a letter holder for our existing pegboard, from Block. The two holders in particular are beautifully crafted and look amazing. The team at Block are also really responsive and incredibly helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We'll definitely use Block again. Can't recommend them highly enough!”

“I ordered some geometric photo clips and the glass watering can - lovely to find something a bit different and classy. The items arrived very quickly, so all in all I'm really pleased.”

“I ordered 8 candleholders online, to be delivered in London. I am very happy with my purchase. There were 3.50 pounds postage due on what was supposed to be free delivery. I am not concerned about the money--it is too little to worry about -- but this could have been very inconvenient had my daughter not been able to pay the postage due on line.”

Hi Trudy, I'm so sorry to hear about this inconvenience with the postage. It seems that our paid postage label had been removed by the time it reached the delivery destination. We work hard to ensure labels are securely fixed in place so this is disappointing to hear. Thank you for your patience.
