“I Ordered a tie clip for my wedding, however never received it. Even with having paid extra for the 1-2 day express delivery.
They didn't apologise, and offered to send it again with a 24hr tracked service, but still nothing.
Shocking service, customer service. Still no refund.”

The order was dispatched on the 10th and you paid for a 5 working day delivery and not a 1-2 day express delivery as stated. I have emailed you the tracking info and informed you we can resend another item free of charge if it does not arrive, but I'm sure it will any day now.
