“Lovely solid doors but when my joiner came to plain them down to fit them they manufacturer has started putting pins in the doors which resulted in damaging his electric plain”

“Doors I bought are fantastic, everyone comments on them and they so much better than the ones you'd buy from the so called "superior" hardware stores like b+q or wicked. Also the door handles added to the final finishing touch. Thank you A Wood Idea”

“The member of staff who took my order over the phone for 8 doors was informative and helpful. The delivery information was e-Mailed promptly and the doors were delivered on time. Unfortunately one of the doors had a small manufacturing fault. The same member of your staff listened to the problem and asked for photos and he organised replacement within 3 working days. All obligingly and efficiently. Would recommend”

“The doors are great but it took a month for my size to arrive as they had no stock. I only found out after the point of sale when I chased for a delivery update. I had to chase a further four times for delivery updates, which was very frustrating as the A Wood Ideas website was never updated to show the door as out of stock. I pointed this out to them as I think buyers should know if something is in or out of stock, but it wasn’t updated. Despite complaining I have received no follow up or any meaningful feedback on their customer service. 5 star doors but 2 star service.”
