They are pushy and aggressive, take forward cases without consent and simply complain about any possible thing that a person or company could do wrong. Their approach makes a mockery of the entire industry, and they simply throw enough poo and hope something sticks. In the meantime everyone else has to abide by the FCA code of conduct, research and respond to these nonsense complaints. STOP WASTING ALL OF OUR TIME.”
“Constantly calling, leaving messages, sending texts and pressurised selling. Even when I requested my details to be removed from their database they kept calling me. Extremely high costs at almost 50% of your claim. I've complained direct but they've not even bothered to respond within their complaints guidelines”
