“I was mis-sold pension advice by St James Place, which I didn't even know about until I heard about AMK. I contacted them to ask them to look into it, I was quickly called back by them (to answer a few questions) and I left it with them I literally had to do nothing else! It was on a 'no win, no fee' basis and really easy. AMK kept me informed of progress throughout and each person I've dealt with has been lovely, friendly and knowledgeable 5 stars!”

“I was very sceptical at first, but I had had no contact from a St James place representative for over 3 years. After discussing this with AMK Legal and once they explained that I had been paying fees for advice I was not receiving I decided to proceed with the claim. Within a couple of weeks a representative from St James Place contacted me and admitted I had been lost in the system. They have now looked at my case and have moved my investments which are now doing better. On top of this I received compensation from St James Place for £8k for mismanagement of my pension and the return of 3 years management fees. If your in doubt, give AMK Legal a call - I personally cannot thank them enough.”
