“Mis-sold Investment Claim - Ref: INV-00029868 I was a touch sceptical about proceeding with a claim but thought nothing ventured nothing gained. My son in law (who is a member of the legal profession) encouraged me to do so. I cannot fault AMK legal in the way they corresponded with me throughout the claim. On reading the claim resolution letter, it is very evident that every area of my claim way investigated and persued by them. AMK Legal are to be recommended.”

“When I contacted AMK from an ad in my facebook feed I was sceptical. However they were reassuring on the phone and I was also convinced that there were 2 or 3 years when SJP had not done their best by me. It took a few months, which I expected, and was a bit embarrassing when I I spoke to my contact at SJP subsequently, but AMK did determine that they owed me. The disappointment was having to pay a whopping 40% PLUS VAT on money that should have been sitting in my bank account all along - therefore VAT on money that had been "stolen" from me? Seems unfair. But I guess AMK would say I wouldn't have any of it if AMK hadn't done the work to get it back for me.”
