“Haven't needed to claim so can't comment on that. I used a comparison site to search for insurance Rhino was the only company that emailed me a quote, the rest called me three times a day every day for a week whilst I was working and were unavailable out of working hours. Based on this alone I chose Rhino, there online system was easy to use and clear and the price was reasonable for the cover. They also allow two trades which saved the cost of a second policy.”
