“They are persistant but in a good way. The agent (Nick) went out of his way to make sure I had the best policy avaiable and made sure I had the correct cover. He even too off a discount for my patience with them. I've not had to make a claim yet, but hopefully I never will. Great thing is it's not an auto renew, so they will check to see if you're on the correct cover.”
