“It’s hard to review a how good you are as a company as I am a new customer who has never made a claim so can’t really say, you could be a bunch of bastards and the insurance is not worth the paper, hopefully I will never have to make a claim to find out. The lad who I spoke to on the phone, I think his name is Matt seemed like a smashing lad had an answer to all my questions so the only thing I could rate you on is how good your sales staff are and he was alright.”
