“Have used Rhino for several years now, the one thing that had me was the non dreary audio when on hold. They have the biggest cockney bricklayer on the other end putting the world to rights. In all seriousness a great transparent company, very forward with questions you might have RE insurance wording, every question has always been answered and I haven’t got to spend 45minutes waiting to get through to the right place. And their prices coupled with the service you get is undefeated. My last interaction was with Kieran in sales and customer service and the boy was golden, not a question unanswered. Get this man a raise!”

“Excellent service and the policy was easily finalised over the phone All endorsements and restrictions were very clearly explained making the procedure extremely simple. Dealt with an advisor named Patrick who was extremely helpful and explained anything I didn't understand. Worth getting a quote as I saved a lot of money compared to my original insurer of 3 years. Highly recommend. Thanks Rhino!”

“Whilst purchasing public liability insurance the website threw out error messages, the payment lad left my account but after refreshing the page it was saying the payment was outstanding. I sent a message in the chat feature (this was around 10pm) explaining the situation, I received an email back shortly after from Toby letting me know that the payment had gone through and he sorted everything on on their side straight away. I didn't expect such a speedy response but it allowed me to sleep well that night.”
