“Really good service... generally hate sorting insurance out but was pretty straight forward... the follow up calls etc were really good and meant i didnt have to chase anything. He wasn’t ever pushy, but gave the facts and answered all the questions I had, whilst making me feel like it was my decision. Although other services were offered, I never felt obligated to take them, which usually I feel there is a level of force with this kind of stuff. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to start out to look at Rhino!”

“You send emails regarding the renewal and felt like far to many and pressure. Once we paid we had to request and wait 5 days to get an invoice, seems your service is to get the renewal rather than after renewal. we will now be shopping around for all insurances next year as not a good experience and reading online it seems to be declining”
